Service Description

I offer a number of different workshops, facilitated with handouts or workbooks to improve the integration of ideas for participants. After the completion of each workshop, each participant will earn a certificate from Made With Kare Solutions. Basics of supporting a child with disabilities in a childcare setting (4-part series or standalone workshop) ~Includes autism, ADHD, anxiety, down syndrome Substance use and gender-based violence ~A brief overview of how to support someone in addiction. (1-part workshop.) Early regulation tools and skills for kids (4-11) ~Gain tools to support your tiny humans handle their big feelings Expressive art sessions ~Allow yourself the space to heal through your own creation -Healthy Ha-bites Cooking for picky kids ~A workshop to share easy tips to get picky eaters to eat healthy foods without all of the fuss. Kid tested meals that help your kids adapt a taste for good food. Live you dream life ~A crash course to help you find your life's purpose and basic steps to get you there. Introduction to working with crystals ~This workshop will teach you the basics of how to use crystals in your everyday life. This includes the basic of grid-making, the most commonly used crystals and the healing properties.
