About Kako Campbell

Kako Campbell - Therapeutic Parent Coach

As a Therapeutic Parent and Family Coach, I offer inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive support that meets families where they are. My approach blends evidence-based strategies with holistic wellness practices, creating meaningful and lasting change for individuals and families alike.

With over 15 years of experience in the helping field, including work as a neurodivergent dayhome owner, youth and family case manager, therapeutic access coach, family strategist, and parent advocate, my work focuses on empowering parents, caregivers, and families to strengthen their relationships, improve communication, and cultivate emotional well-being.

I believe healing begins with understanding and that every family has the ability to grow and thrive with the proper support. Through engaging one-on-one coaching sessions, workbooks, and personalized counselling, we'll co-create solutions that reflect your values, strengths, and lived experiences.

“Parenting isn't one-size-fits-all. Whether you're part of a blended family, a single parent, a queer couple, or navigating cultural and generational differences, this space is created with compassion, respect, and understanding for you.”

My Philosophy

Together, we'll explore parenting strategies that fit your family's unique rhythm, personal development and self-discovery to build confidence and clarity, and advocacy tools that foster connection and understanding.

We'll work on conflict resolution and healthy boundaries to create balance at home, family systems awareness for healing intergenerational patterns, and mind-body-spirit wellness practices that support resilience and harmony.

We offer multiple levels of support, from in-home parenting sessions to online coaching. Whatever your medium is, I will meet you there and help you take the next steps.
