Pricing, for organizations

Every organization asks for something slightly different, so these are quoted rather than listed. Here is what each one includes, and what changes the number.

Workshops for teams

By enquiry· per session

One topic, one room, shaped around the people in it.

  • A lunch and learn, a half day, or a full day
  • On site in Calgary, or online for distributed teams
  • Priced per session rather than per head, so a bigger room does not cost more

Multi-week cohort programs

By enquiry· per cohort

A small group moving through one arc together, week by week.

  • A cohort of eight to sixteen, meeting weekly
  • Companion workbook pages for every participant included
  • Priced for the whole series, not session by session

Coaching hours for staff

By enquiry· per block

A block of one-to-one hours your organization holds and staff book directly.

  • Bought as a block and drawn down as your people need it
  • Unused hours discussed openly rather than quietly expiring
  • Confidential, with nothing about individual sessions reported back
What shapes it

Where the number comes from

So you can work out roughly where you sit before you get in touch, rather than after.

How many people

A team of twelve and a room of sixty are different rooms, and they are shaped differently.

How long

A single session, a half day, a full day, or a series run across several weeks.

Where

On site in Calgary, or online. Travel beyond the city is quoted separately and honestly.

How much shaping

Off the shelf costs less. Most organizations want it fitted to what is actually going on, which takes preparation.

To get a number quickly, tell me roughly how many people, when you are hoping to run it, and what prompted the enquiry. That is usually enough for me to come back with a figure and an honest opinion about whether it is the right thing at all.

Not sure what you need yet? The organizations page walks through what each one actually involves.
